A 45st former 'fat fetish' model who men paid to eat was once rushed to hospital after collapsing en route to a weight loss clinic.
Weighing a staggering 631lbs, Renee Biran feared her time was up as she battled to breathe whilst her heart and kidneys were shutting down.
The plus-sized model, who expanded dramatically after eating on command for paying clients, was making a frantic journey to a weight loss clinic when she became dangerously unwell.
After recovering from her hospital dash, Renee went onto lose a staggering 30 stone but sadly she died just three years later...

"I was really hoping I'd feel better after getting some sleep. But actually, I feel worse," she told her husband as they raced towards Houston, with the drama captured on her US reality TV series.
"I'm starting to feel like I won't make it. I don't know what's going on with me, but I feel like I can't breathe right. I'm feeling lightheaded and everything else. I want to get me to see a doctor that can put some oxygen in my body. I don't want to die in this car," she said.
In a panic, Renee rang bariatric surgeon Dr Younan who instructed the mum-of-six to ditch their appointment and instead rush to A&E. Upon arrival, medics confirmed her organs were shutting down, and she remained hospitalised until she shed three stone a month later.
However, as shown on her show My 600lb Life, the frightening episode wasn't sufficient motivation and after disregarding doctors' instructions to complete water aerobics three times weekly, Renee managed to lose 8lbs in two months before her organs started failing once more. This time, she managed to shed seven stone in just two months, bringing her weight down to 33st 6lbs.

In an effort to tackle the root cause of her issues, Renee began psychotherapy sessions where she revealed that she had been verbally and physically abused by her mother, who conceived her during an extramarital affair.
After facing her past traumas, she lost an additional two stone and was given the green light for gastric sleeve surgery.
Renee dropped down to 15st, meaning she achieved an astounding total weight loss of 30st. But she went onto develop a rare autoimmune disease called Guillain-Barre syndrome. This attacks the peripheral nerves in the body, causing tingling, numbness, and muscle weakness, often starting in the legs and spreading upwards.
The mother-of-seven went onto move into a nursing home and died in Tennessee on May 14, 2021, aged just 56.
